What is the meaning of MAHAAH? ⁣

Each letter stands for something different.⁣

Multi - represents more than one. We believe there is more than one answer or way to achieve a state of health and this should be uniquely fine tuned with the individual. ⁣

Axial - The medical meaning is - relating to the central part of the body. ⁣

We believe individualised health should be centred around an axis that is grounded in personal homeostasis, by respecting the culture, values, beliefs and daily practices unique to that individual.⁣

Holistic - This is the idea that the whole is more than merely the sum of its parts. We believe that the different facets of health are intimately interconnected and explicable only by reference to the whole.

Adaptive - This means adjusting to a new condition, modifying or making suitable for.

We believe individual health plans should be adapted so they are person centred as well as evidence based.

Approach - A way of dealing with a situation or problem is an approach, as is to come closer to something.

We believe people should approach their health by being close to their own well-being with a deep level of understanding.

Health - We believe health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

Your MAHAAH is your super health - why settle for anything else?
