Dr Folusha Oluwajana is a portfolio GP in North London with 9 years’ experience. She has a First Class BSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine and is a qualified personal trainer.
She has a passion for all things health, nutrition and fitness and providing high-quality
evidence based advice to her clients. She is able to utilise her unique combination of
traditional medicine and exercise medicine to help clients achieve their goals and optimise their general well-being.
She takes a unique, holistic approach to health and wellness by combining with medical background with exercise medicine and personal training.
Whilst performance and physique goals are important she is a true believer that exercise is a form of medicine and is an advocate for improving general health and well-being with physical activity.
Her background in sports and exercise medicine has given her firm scientific and evidence based knowledge to help clients meet their fitness goals. In addition to nearly 10 years of clinical NHS experience, which allows to her to offer meaningful health and lifestyle advice and also cater to those with pre-existing health conditions. Her expertise has also been acknowledged by national publications, and she has contributed to both the The Stylist and Women’s Health Magazine.
Folusha strongly believes that educating her clients is key and is committed to promoting the physical and mental health benefits of physical activity and exercise. She is passionate about empowering her clients to prioritise their health and take control of their bodies.
